Personally having the dog walking field on site was a huge bonus, though there is a lovely footpath outside that runs past the fields which is a lovely stroll with or without a dog. The site has a lovely toilet - with permanently hot water for hand washing □ and a washing machine and dryer (which I didn’t use, but I’m sure would be very useful. We stayed on the Super Pitch which was wonderful and completely secure so the dog could go out when she wanted to, and it’s huge! After a few days of glamping at the farm, you will all feel great again.The owners John and Gaynor were so kind and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, a real genuine and fun couple, with 2 adorable and friendly Great Danes. How about reading a book by the woodstove or on the veranda, going for a bike ride or having a cosy barbecue together by the tent. No iPad and TV for a while, but milking cows, brushing ponies and playing in the yard.ĭuring Easter you don’t have to go far away at all, you can just go to the farm, just as much fun!
